Before Lite n’ Easy I thought I was living a fairly healthy lifestyle. I was training 3-4 times a week and I considered my diet to be ok. But at 99 kilos I was kidding myself.

After seeing photos from my son’s 18th, I realised it was time to do something about my weight I saw an advertisement on TV and decided to give Lite n’ Easy a go. ​I started on 1500 Calorie 7 Day Meal Plan.

I lost nearly 4 kilos  in my first week! From that moment I knew I had made the right decision.

After that I lost an average of 1 kilo a week for the first 10 weeks.  I also started to notice that my fitness levels had increased, my movement was so much better and I was getting stronger.  I was suddenly happier and more confident, I actually started to believe in myself. ​

In 14 months I have lost over 25 kilos and what a journey it has been!

I have learnt so much along the way.

Firstly I learned that you can’t out train a bad diet. I had been training either at a bootcamp/gym or walking consistently over the last 6 years and it had been a constant battle to lose and maintain a healthy weight, because I wasn’t eating properly.

Secondly I have learned that diet is all about balance and portion. I often thought I was eating well but the Lite n’ Easy program has shown me otherwise, and the variety on the Lite n’ Easy menu is incredible.​

Lastly I have learned you definitely need to be in the right mind set. A weight loss journey is something you have to do for YOU!

Lite n’ Easy has shown me what healthy eating really looks like – the hardest decision I have to make each week is choosing which meals to have.  ​
