I am a dance instructor and have always had a fairly fit and active lifestyle, so I could get away with comfort eating for many years. Unfortunately, I developed some bad habits during this time and the weight crept on over the later years. Before I knew it, I was close to 100 kilos!
My trigger to do something about it came from a photo my daughter had taken where I was shocked to see how big I really looked. I had used Lite n’ Easy successfully before, so I knew it would work. This time I chose the 1500 Calorie Meal Plan to provide the right amount of food for my lifestyle and it worked a treat.
For the first 6 months I ordered the 7 Day Meal Plan.
People have commented I look 10 years younger and I am happy to have found my happiness again.
All in all, I have gone from being pre-diabetic to a picture of good health. My energy is restored and my knees no longer ache in dance class.

Update from Belinda – April 2020
The hard reality for some of us during COVID-19 is that we may have to cancel or reduce our Lite n’ Easy orders due to our businesses forcing to close, losing employment and the consequent financial changes to the household budget. My dance school has had to close and we are doing some classes on line with Zoom but many of our customers have been hit hard too, so I am not charging at present to maintain good will. I was relieved to find out I can still order some of my Ln’E meals and then do their DIY program for the other meals with a great menu planner provided by the Ln’E dietitians. For a long term customer like me, it’s the little things that make a difference right now and having some structure around my eating is a great relief. That and continuing my walking for stress relief, I am up to 10kms most days!
