In your 20s
“I lost 40 kilos in 18 months, I’m still on my way to achieving my end goal but my life has already changed completely. I go to the gym every morning, I play netball and basketball and my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is completely under control, just from the change to my diet and losing so much weight.”
“After my second child I found the weight piled on and I wanted to lose weight, not just for myself but for my family. With Lite n’ Easy, I have lost a total of 25 kilos. In your 30s
“I’m a busy mum of two young kids, and before I started Lite n’ Easy I wasn’t eating at the right times and I often skipped meals. This led to overeating and making the wrong food choices. I was overweight, did not exercise, had mood swings and my mental health was not the best. I lost 17 kilos in total and my energy levels improved along with my mental well-being. In your 40s
“I eat better and exercise more than when I was younger, and I have more family and ‘me’ time. After losing 30 kilos, I’ve halved my thyroid medication and my plantar fasciitis has gone away. I feel AMAZING!”
“I started Lite n’ Easy because I was overweight, depressed and unhappy. I am a circus coach and I couldn’t do my job properly – it was embarrassing. I started losing weight after about 3 weeks and I could see changes more or less every week. I lost 33 kilos in total and have now surpassed my weight loss goal. In your 50s
“I look after myself by making eating well and exercising daily a priority, rather than an afterthought. I like who I see in the mirror, how I feel first thing in the morning and being fitter and healthier now, than at 21.”

In your 70s
